About Us

Kuro Neko Desserts was born out of the love and respect for Japanese culture and food and the love of all things made from scratch. All of our pastes are made from scratch by our confectioner by using traditional methods. Our Daifuku and other sweets are also made fresh from scratch. The recipes we use have been carefully gathered and tried by our confectioner on their journey to learning more about the world of Japanese desserts. These recipes are authentic Japanese recipes and we do not take credit for them, and although we have altered some, we like to maintain as much of the original as we possibly can to keep with the essence of authenticity.

It has always been our dream to bring this wonderful world of Japanese confections and desserts to you and we hope you come to love it as much as we do.
