The galaxy neri yōkan has a thick jelly texture and a mild sweet taste. The blue butterfly daifuku has a mild sweet taste from the shiroan with a matcha like flavour from the blue butterfly pea flower and the nerikiri has a mild sweet flavour with a consistency similar to cookie dough.
